By accessing or using SignalReact ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. SignalReact is operated as a sole proprietorship and these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SignalReact.
2. Description of Service
SignalReact is a web-based market intelligence platform that provides stock and options market data, signal analysis, and institutional positioning information for informational and educational purposes only. The Service aggregates publicly available financial data through proprietary data pipelines and presents it through a proprietary convergence scoring system.
3. Not Financial Advice
ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY SIGNALREACT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other type of advice. SignalReact is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any signals or setups does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Subscription and Billing
SignalReact offers a 21-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription (monthly at $59/month, quarterly at $147/quarter, or annual at $496/year). Billing is handled by Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Paddle's buyer terms apply to all purchases and can be found at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your charge — no questions asked. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reproduce, redistribute, or resell any data or signals from the Service; (b) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms from the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The SignalReact name, logo, platform design, convergence scoring methodology, and proprietary data ingestion pipelines are the intellectual property of SignalReact. The underlying market data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and publicly available regulatory filings, and is subject to their respective terms of use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SIGNALREACT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA OR SIGNALS PROVIDED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALREACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. For payment-related disputes, Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) shall apply as Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.
