Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
SignalReact offers a 21-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will simply be downgraded and no charges will be made.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your charge. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@signalreact.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 14 days of your charge. Include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Billing Issues
In cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately at support@signalreact.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
6. Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's buyer terms apply to all purchases and can be found at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
